We got your messages and we are happy to announce Monsoon International Cube Championship 2025 is back with your favorite cubes + Special event + More Trophies (171 Trophies). it’s time to set new PRs, win trophies and make memories for a lifetime!

The super popular event, Fastest Scrambler 3×3 is coming back with a twist. Now you can win in the fastest scrambler for each of the 3 age groups. We hope you practiced scrambling, because you’ve got a better chance to win. Here’s a recap of this event – First we’ll give you a specific scramble. Your goal is to scramble your solved cube to match the given pattern and colors as fast as you can without messing up.

For those seeking a bigger challenge, the One-Handed events provide the ultimate test. Which cube is your favorite to solve? Explore the complete list of events below.

Who can participate in the event?

This event has 3 + 2 age groups which are as follows:

Age group 10 to 7 years
Age group 28 to 12 years
Age groups 313 to 17 years
Adult (3×3 Cube Only)18 to 39 years
Senior (3×3 Cube Only)40+ years
When and where is the event taking place?

Monsoon International Cube Championship 2025 is taking place on Sat Jul 19th & Sun Jul 20th, 2025, on an Online Platform. The prize distribution ceremony will be held after the competition is completed. Please look out for emails from info@cubingheat.com  and also check spam,

What are the Events I can participate in?

There are 10 + 1 cubing events scheduled for MICC-2025. Here is the schedule.

What is OH

OH stands for One-Handed. If you can solve the 3×3, 2×2 or Pyraminx in one hand while using the table as support, you can participate in this event.

You are allowed to only use one of your hands to hold and turn the layers and cannot switch hands during the solve.

Pro tip: Since OH sounds like a very hard task, usually fewer people sign up. But that means there’s a good chance you might win if you are brave enough!

Are there any Prizes?

Yes, Trophies and winner E-certificates for 1st , 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th  place will be awarded for each of the 10 +1 events in each of the 3 Age Groups. Adult and Senior Age Groups can win 1st to 3rd place in the 3×3 Cube only.

All participants will get an E – certificate after participation, which will be emailed. Trophies will be shipped to winners for free1.

How many attempts do you get for each event?

You get two (2)  attempts for each event you participate in. We’ll use the average of the 2 solve times to compute the rankings in each event. A DNF in one solve will lead to the average being a DNF.

How many Events can you take part in?

Out of the 10 + 1 events, a cuber can participate in any number of events.

You can attempt for 4 cubes or all 11 of them
